Every project is managed through close collaboration between a dedicated Project Manager (PM) and our design team.

Our professional visual designers work closely with clients to refine requested designs into products that are ready for manufacturing.

We also prepare detailed production guidelines to ensure fast, accurate communication and efficient production throughout the project.

For highly detailed plush products, our manufacturing team becomes directly involved in the development process.

One of Jung Lab’s greatest strengths is our real-time communication with our on-site manufacturing team in China, allowing us to carefully monitor every detail throughout production.
